Dough: 2lbs pizza dough*

Filling:

1 farmaggino**

½ lb ricotta

6 eggs

½ lb italian sausage (crumbled)

¼ lb salame (slivered)

¾-1lb prosciutto (diced)

½ lb ham

½ lb swiss cheese (diced)

½ lb American cheese

½ lb fresh mozz (diced)

½ c grated parm

Cream together farmaggino and ricotta & eggs

Combine everything in filling

Pour crust into lined baking pan

Add filling

Put more crust on top

Egg wash

Bake at 400 at least 1 hr

*you can make this without the dough, it’s still good this way. You can do this in a muffin tin or the traditional size

**this is farm cheese - a mild basket cheese. You can sub with more ricotta (an additional container? Eyeball the proportions)
