Chocolate Bubka Blondies

Ingredientes

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup flour

1 ~100g box instant vanilla pudding powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Chocolate spread

Crumb topping:

1/2 cup flour

3 tbsp oil

1/3 cup brown sugar

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Whisk together eggs, oil, sugars and vanilla.

Combine flour, pudding powder, baking powder and salt. Mix to combine with wet ingredients.

Spread into a lined 8x8 baking dish.

Dollop chocolate spread onto batter and swirl to combine.

Combine crumb ingredients and spread over batter.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool completely.
