2 lbs. 85% ground beef
2 T Morton’s tender, quick Salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1 T. mustard seed
3 T. coarse, black pepper
1 T. liquid smoke
Instrucciones
Mix all ingredients together in a stands mixer or by hand. Roll into two logs and wrap with plastic wrap. Place in fridge for two hours. Cook at 275° for two hours.
