Ep.1 Family Dinners - Tonight’s Dinner and One of Our Favour

Ingredientes

2–3 chicken thighs, halved

½ cup plain flour (for coating)

1–2 tbsp of my homage all-purpose seasoning mix (recipe in my pantry highlight)

Salt & pepper

Extra dried parsley

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup chicken stock

1 cup cream

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2–3 tsp flour (for thickening)

To serve

Mashed potatoes

Green beans (fresh from the garden if you have them, asparagus or broccolini would work great too!)

Instrucciones

Slice chicken thighs in half.

Coat both sides of the chicken in flour, seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley.

In a Dutch oven (or large pan), brown the chicken until golden on both sides.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken stock.

In a small bowl, whisk together cream, Parmesan, Dijon mustard and flour, then add to the pot.

Cover with a lid and let simmer on low until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with mashed potato and greens.
