Whipped Chocolate Cottage Cheese – the Ultimate High-protein

Ingredientes

1 small tub (16 oz) cottage cheese 🥄

2/3 cup cacao powder 🍫

1/2 to 3/4 cup monk fruit or powdered keto sweetener

Optional) Crushed roasted hazelnuts 🌰

Optional) Melted chocolate topping 🍫

Instrucciones

Blend cottage cheese, cacao powder, and sweetener in a food processor for 15-20 seconds until smooth.

Chill for 1-2 hours (if you can wait that long 😉).

Serve as is, or upgrade with crushed hazelnuts or melted chocolate!

For the melted chocolate topping: Mix 2 tbsp stevia-sweetened chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil, microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between. Pour over the whipped mix & let it set.

Crack the chocolate top with a spoon and dig in! 🤤
