Easy Lemon Posset

5 lemons (cut in half filling removed)
1 tbsp lemon (zest)
2 tbsp lemon (juice)
2 cups heavy cream
2/3 cup sugar
Instrucciones
Start by mixing together 2 cups heavy cream and 2/3 cup sugar in a medium sauce pan. heat this till a heavy simmer for 8 minutes, remove from heat and stir in 1 tbsp lemon / 2 tbsp lemon.
Transfer the liquid into your serving dishes or 5 lemons. place in fridge for at least 6 hours but preferably over night.
Add a small amount of sugar to the top of the lemon and using a blow torch toast the sugar. And enjoy!
