3-ingredient High Protein Banana Pancakes

Ingredientes

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 eggs

Instrucciones

Blend together the banana, eggs, and cottage cheese until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little oil. Pour about a 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan.

Cook 2-3 minutes until golden on the bottom, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Eat plain or with your favorite toppings!
