One Bake - 2 Cakes

Ingredientes

120gm very soft butter

90gm icing sugar

140gm self raising flour

zest of one lime

1tbsp lime juice

2 eggs

Raspberry loaf

40gm raspberries - fresh or frozen

Pistachio Loaf

50gm chocolate pistachios

OR

30gm chocolate drops

30gm pistachios

1tbsp lime juice

Topping - enough for both

1tbsp lime juice

3tbsp icing sugar - you may need a little extra.

Add the first set of ingredients to a bowl and mix together, then split in two. Add raspberries to one half, the chocolate and pistachio to the other.

Use two parchment lined 300gm loaf tins

Bake for thirty minutes.

Leave to cool then make up icing and drizzle over cakes. Enjoy 💕
