Au Jus For Beef

1 tbsp roasted beef bouillon
2 cups cold water
1/2 cup Marsala wine ( or any wine, bourbon )
pan drippings from your roast
cornstarch slurry (cornstarch + water)
2 tbsp butter
Instrucciones
In a saucepan, combine cold water, beef bouillon, and Marsala wine and bring to a gentle simmer.
Whisk in pan drippings, then slowly add cornstarch slurry until the au jus reaches your desired consistency.
Finish with butter , stir until smooth and glossy, and serve warm over sliced prime rib or any roasted beef.
