400g fat free ultra-filtered Milk
40-45g Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener
8g (½ tbsp) Peanut Butter
16g (2 tbsp) Lakanto Peanut Butter Powder
1g (¼ tsp) salt
1g (¼ tsp) xanthan gum
Mix-ins:
2 tbsp sugar free strawberry jelly
260 cal 16g C, 6g F, 31g P
Instrucciones
Blend all ingredients for the base and freeze (at least 16 hours)
Run your pint under hot water for at least 60 seconds
Spin on “Ice Cream” setting
Spin on “Respin” setting
Respin again if powdery
Make a hole down to the bottom with a butter knife and fill with the strawberry jelly
Run the “Mix-in” cycle
