Boston Cream Pie*

Ingredientes

1/2 cup butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1-3/4 cups cake flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Creme Filling (recipe under frosting)

Powdered sugar

Instrucciones

Cream oleo til thick and creamy

Gradually add sugar while creaming

Add eggs and mix well

Sift flour, then measure

Sift dry ingredients together

Add alternately with milk

Add vanilla

Pour into 2 8" pans

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Put layers together with Chocolate Creme Filling

Sprinkle with powdered sugar
