Veggie Pot Pie

Ingredientes

2 not-sweet 9-inch pie crusts

1 cup potatoes, diced small

1 cup broccoli, chopped

1 cup cauliflower, chopped

1 cup mushrooms, chopped

1 carrot, peeled and diced

1 onion, diced

1 cup peas

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup flour

1 1/2 cups broth

2 tablesppons nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon sage, crushed

Black or white pepper and salt, to taste

1 teaspoon curry powder

Instrucciones

Roll out the pie crust, place one in a lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Mix the other things together and season to taste. Cover with the other pie crust. Crimp the edges. Poke a few times with a fork.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 375 and bake for another 30 minutes.

Though the carnival is over, you will love this til you die.
