Garlic & Parmesan Steak Pasta

Ingredientes

2 x steaks (use whatever steaks you wish)

1 brown onion

150g dried pasta

40g Parmesan

80ml single cream

170ml vegetable stock

2 garlic cloves

Fresh parsley

Seasoning: for sauce, half tsp of following, salt, black pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning & oregano

Season your steaks with salt and pepper and brush with a little olive oil & fry to your preferred liking and set aside and allow to rest (I done 1 min on each side then basted with butter and garlic for another 30 seconds on each side)

in same pan add your onion and cook until softened then add your 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for another 1 min

Instrucciones

add your stock and single cream and bring to a simmer then add your seasoning & Parmesan (at this time cook pasta as per instructions) few mins at the end add in a handful of fresh herbs parsley

once pasta is ready add to the pan, turn your heat off, slice up your steak and serve
