Instrucciones

In a bowl, add: 250g active starter and 725g warm water and mix it.
Add: 25g salt and 1000g unbleached bread flour . Mix first with deegbezem and the. With hands.

(1) After 1 hour: stretch and fold 10 times, cover
(2) After 30 minutes: stretch and fold 4 times, cover
(3) After 30 minutes: stretch and fold 4 times, cover
(4) After 30 minutes: stretch and fold 4 times, cover. Leave for 2 hours. (Moet dubbel rijzen en bubbly zijn)
