Ingredientes

350g hung curd

1/2 Cup mustard oil

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

3 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly paste

1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

1 tbsp Coriander powder

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tsp black salt

1 tsp Tumeric powder

1 tbsp kasturi methi

1 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

Coal (Tandoori flavour)

Note :If you are using regular curd, roast some gram flour in a pan for 3–4 minutes. Add a little water to make a paste. Mix this paste into the marinade. It will help the marinade stick better to the protein.
