Brownies (Cooking Tree YT Channel)

Ingredientes

200g Dark chocolate

120g Unsalted butter

120g Egg

150g Brown sugar

2g Vanilla extract

40g All-purpose flour

25g Cocoa powder

2g Salt

Instrucciones

Place the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl on a pot of hot water and stir until melted.

Beat eggs with whisk. Then add brown sugar and vanilla extract. Place bowl on a pot of hot water and mix until sugar is completely dissolved.

Whip with a hand mixer until white bubbles rise, then add the chocolate mixture and mix.

Sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the bowl and mix.

Line a 20x20 cm brownie tray with baking paper and fill with the batter, smoothing with a spatula.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, but bake at 170 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
