CINNAMON HONEY BUTTER

Ingredientes

¼ pound unsalted butter at room temperature

good honey 3 tablespoons

ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon

kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon

Instrucciones

Combine the butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Serve at room temperature.

Notas

Clover honey is from bees that visit only clover, lavender honey is from bees that visit only lavender flowers. Single-flower honeys are usually the best quality.
