Creme Doughnuts

Ingredientes

✨ DELICIOUS CREAM DONUTS ✨

Soft, golden, and filled with fluffy cream your new favorite treat!

Ingredients:

• 3 cups all-purpose flour (375g)

• 2 tbsp sugar (30g)

• ½ tbsp instant yeast (8.5g)

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 2 tbsp butter (28g)

• ½ tsp salt

• ¾ cup warm milk or water (188ml)

• Oil for frying

• Sugar for dusting

For the Cream Filling:

• 1 cup whipping cream

• 2 tbsp sugar

Instrucciones

Knead all except butter. Add butter and keep kneading. Rise, shape into 9 x 6 inch rolls second rise, deep fry. Roll in sugar, split and pipe in whipped cream.
