Ingredientes

16 oz. Red Wine Vin

2.5 oz. Chopped Garlic

2 oz. Sugar

2 oz. Salt

2 oz. Coarse Ground Black Pepper

4 oz. Dijon mustard

2.5 oz. Worcestershire sauce

15 whole Eggs

6 oz. lemon Juice

1 gal. Salad Oil

8 oz. Olive Oil

8 oz. Grated Parm

Instrucciones

combine all ingredients except oil

slowly stream in oil using immersion blender
