Peach Pumpkin Soup

• porciones: 1 Gallon

Ingredientes

•30 oz Sliced peaches in syrup

•30 oz Solid Packed can Pumpkin

•1 Quart Heavy cream

•1 Quart Apple juice ( I typically use apple cider)

•1 oz Pumpkin pie spice

•2 tsp Cinnamon

•4 Cups Brown sugar (I usually use half sugar otherwise it is too sweet.)

Instrucciones

Mix and simmer for about 1 hour. Whisk often to break up peaches. Makes about 1 gallon. Try topped with whipped cream, and you can serve it with pumpkin bread.
