Hey folks! The weekend is just around the corner and I’m on my way to Basel to take part in a rum tasting. As well as gin and rum, I also like mezcal and this drink here is one of my favorites with mezcal. Especially if you fancy a Last Word or Naked & Famous and don’t have any Green Chartreuse in the house, this is the variation for you:

DIVISION BELL 🔔

30 ml ~ 1 oz Mezcal

22 ½ ml ~ 0.75 oz Aperol

15 ml ~ 0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur

22 ½ ml ~ 0.75 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: Lime Zest

How to mix it?

Instrucciones

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Strain into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a lime zest. 💥 Cheers!
