Russian Teacakes*

Ingredientes

1 cup butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2-1/4 cups flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup finely chopped nuts

Instrucciones

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla

Work in flour, salt and nuts

Shape into 1" balls

Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes

They should be set, but not brown

Roll into powdered sugar while warm

Cool; roll again
