Ingredientes

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside — these golden garlic potato wedges are perfectly seasoned and baked until irresistibly crunchy. No frying needed!

Ingredients (Serves 4)

4 large russet or Yukon Gold potatoes

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1½ tsp garlic powder)

1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)

½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instrucciones

Prep the Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and scrub potatoes (peel if preferred).

Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then into 3–4 wedges per half.

Season

Pat wedges dry with a towel (important for crispiness!).

In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add Parmesan if using.

Arrange for Baking

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Spread wedges in a single layer, skin-side down if possible.

Make sure they’re not overcrowded.

Bake

Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Bake until deeply golden and crispy on the edges.

Finish

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a little extra salt if needed.

Serve hot with your favorite dip.

Extra Crispy Tip

Soak cut wedges in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry thoroughly before seasoning — this removes excess starch and makes them crispier.
