Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes

2 Cups Sugar

1 1/2 Cups Unsalted Butter, Softened

4 Large Eggs

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

5 Cups Flour

2 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Salt

Instrucciones

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the butter/sugar/vanilla/egg mixture and mix.

Refrigerate dough until cold. Roll out into sheets at least 1/4" thick to be cut into shapes by cookie cutters.

Bake at 400⁰F for 6 to 8 minutes and allow to cool completely before icing.
