Protein: ~32 g per serving

Crispy, spicy, and straight to the point.

Golden tofu tossed in a bold buffalo glaze — minimal ingredients, maximum flavor, and a perfect high-protein snack or main.

Ingredients (1 serving)

For the tofu

200 g firm tofu, pressed and cubed

1 tsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper

For the buffalo sauce

2 tbsp hot sauce (e.g. sriracha or classic buffalo)

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp garlic powder

Optional

Chili flakes

Fresh parsley

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 200 °C (fan) or use a pan

Toss tofu with olive oil, salt & pepper

Bake for 20–25 min until crispy (or pan-fry 5–6 min)

Mix hot sauce, maple syrup, vinegar and garlic powder

Toss crispy tofu in the buffalo sauce until fully coated

Return to oven or pan for 2–3 min to set the glaze

Serve immediately
