Street Corn Chicken & Rice Bowls

Recipe:
1lb chicken breast
1 small onion diced
3 cloves mined garlic
salt, pepper, chili powder
a few splashes of lime juice to lightly coat the bottom of the chicken
Add in:
3tbsp sour cream
2.5oz of greek yogurt
1 can corn
1/2 can of rotel
cilantro
more salt & pepper
Instrucciones
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours
Add in second set of ingredients
Shred chicken and cook for 30min-45min on high or 1-2 hrs on low
Serve over rice and top with cheese crumbles, avocado and sour cream!
