White Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Ingredientes

50g salted butter

110g white chocolate

45g caster sugar

45g light brown sugar

1x egg (room temperature)

1 tsp vanilla extract

100g plain flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 160C.

Melt white chocolate and butter in the microwave for 30 second intervals stirring in between until combined. Set aside to cool slightly.

Whisk together caster sugar, light brown sugar, vanilla and egg until light and fluffy.

Whisk in melted chocolate and butter mixture until combined.

Sift in flour and baking powder. Fold until combined.

Use a scoop or spoon to place the batter on a lined baking tray. Make sure to give the batter plenty of space as they will spread.

Bake at 160C for 12-14 minutes or until the edges start to become slightly golden brown .
