1/2 cup Milk of choice
1-2 teaspoons Sweetener (optional)
Instrucciones
Add the blueberries, cottage cheese, milk, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
