Reheating & Cooking
Reheating (already baked in trays) - When you are ready to reheat your quiche, remove from the freezer to thaw, ideally for a few hours to overnight. Then place in a quiche into Souper Cubes 5-inch rectangular baking dish, and in the microwave, heat on high until warm, about 2 minutes.
Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen, simply place the frozen quiche into Souper Cubes 5-inch rectangular baking dish, with the corner of the lid slightly off to vent. Place in the microwave, at 50% reheat until slightly thawed, about 1 minute. Then cook additionally on high, until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Baking from frozen (unbaked in trays)- If you choose to freeze your quiche mixture raw and bake later, remove from the freezer and pop the cube out of the wells and place in a ceramic baking rectangular dish or oven-safe dish. Preheat oven 325°F. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake, until set, about 60 minutes.
