1 bag of Quest Nacho Protein Chips (your choice of flavor)
5% Beef Mince 200g
Tomato Paste 12g
Red Onion 45g
Tomato 50g
Avocado 60g
Jalapenos 10g
Olive Oil (I like olive oil in my guac) 6ml
Shredded Mozarella Cheese 30g
Greek Yogurt Plain 30g (acts as sour cream, can sub for light sour cream)
Lime Juice to taste (I put some in the guac and some in the greek yogurt)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Taco seasoning for the beef mince when cooking
Instrucciones
Cook beef mince with spray oil or olive oil if you have (track it) + seasonings
Put nacho chips on baking paper then once beef is done add on top of nacho chips then cheese on top, put into the airfryer for just 4-5 min on 200c to melt the cheese
Cut up everything for the guac, mix it, season it how you like then put the yogurt on the side and mix in some lime juice
Take it out, plate it, done
