Lumpia wrappers cut in half diagonally
1lb ground pork
1/2 cup Shredded carrots
1 celery stalk mined
Minced garlic
Onion flakes
1 egg
Salt, pepper
Rice noodles
Sweet chili sauce for dipping
Instrucciones
Sauté the garlic, onion, carrots and celery to soften just a bit
Mix into raw ground pork, cooked rice noodles and egg. Add salt and pepper and just a couple dashes of soy sauce.
Dab water onto corner of wrappers, line a spoonful of mixture, shape into a log, roll.
Fry and eat 😛
