Pasta (Spaghetti/Linguine) 80g

Instrucciones
Heavily salt pasta water and bring to boil before cooking al dente
Heat oil in a medium pan until it shimmers
Lightly toast thinly sliced garlic
Add pepper flakes and remove from heat, stirring
Add strained pasta, with ~0.25 cup of the pasta water
Turn off the heat, add lemon juice and parsley
Season with salt and pepper
