  • Garlic 7

  • Parsley

  • Olive Oil 60mL

  • Red Pepper Flakes 1 tsp

  • Pasta (Spaghetti/Linguine) 80g

  • Lemon 0.5

Instrucciones

  1. Heavily salt pasta water and bring to boil before cooking al dente

  2. Heat oil in a medium pan until it shimmers

  3. Lightly toast thinly sliced garlic

  4. Add pepper flakes and remove from heat, stirring

  5. Add strained pasta, with ~0.25 cup of the pasta water

  6. Turn off the heat, add lemon juice and parsley

  7. Season with salt and pepper
