Short Rib, Marinade Recipe

Ingredientes

4 lbs flanken cut short ribs

1 orange (juiced)

2 limes (juiced)

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 a bushel cilantro

1/2 an onion

7-8 garlic cloves

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp neutral oil

1 tbsp salt

5-6 peppercorn

1/2 c @modelousa

Instrucciones

Add your seasonings, orange/lime juice, and beer and into a blender. Blend until a smooth marinade.

Try your marinade adjust anything to your liking.

Add your ribs to a large bowl, pour over your marinade. Mix well to make sure everything is well combined. Cover & let marinate in fridge for minimum 2 hrs but longer the better! I usually do at least 4.

When they’re ready, allow them to come to room temp before cooking.

Cook on med high heat on your bbq for 2-3 mins per side, until both sides are nice and seared. You can also cook on a cast iron with oil over med high heat.

Lightly cover, and let rest for 5mins before serving.

Serve with rice, beans, Mexican Mac salad, green onions, salsa, and enjoy babe!
