Chicken Stir Fry With Red peppers And Cabbage

2 chicken breasts (sliced thinly)
2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 small onion (sliced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated, optional)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
2 tbsp olive oil (or sesame oil)
1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
Steamed rice or noodles to serve
Instrucciones
Prepare chicken – Season sliced chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok. Stir-fry chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté vegetables – Add the remaining oil. Toss in onion, garlic, ginger, red cabbage, and red pepper. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Make the sauce – In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, and honey.
Combine – Return chicken to the pan, pour sauce over, and toss everything together. Cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
Serve – Garnish with cilantro or green onions. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
