Miso salmon Bowl

Ingredientes

2 pieces salmon, cubed

1 cup cooked rice

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

Miso Marinade Sauce

2 tbsp miso paste

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp mirin (optional, adds sweetness)

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp grated ginger

2 tbsp water

Simplified Asian Cucumber Salad

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sugar

My preferred toppings

green onions

sesame seeds

Instrucciones

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the miso marinade sauce until smooth and glossy.

Heat a pan, add the cubed salmon, and sauté lightly until golden on all sides.

Pour the sauce over the salmon, reduce heat to low, and simmer gently until the salmon is nicely coated and glossy.

In another bowl, combine cucumber slices with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.

Assemble the bowl by combining the miso salmon with cucumber salad. Finish with sesame seeds and green onions.
