Crockpot Coconut Rice & beans

Ingredientes

1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk full fat

1 c brown rice

1 tsp garlic, minced

1 (14oz) can black beans

1 Tbs coconut oil

1/3 c boiling water

1 lime juice

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

Green onions for garnish

Instrucciones

1. Put coconut milk, rice, garlic salt, sugar and beans, boiling water and coconut oil to crockpot.

3. Cover & cook on high for 3hrs or till nice is tender.

4. Squeeze fresh lime juice on rice and stir. Put on Plates & garnish with green onions & serve.

1/2 cup dried beans = one 15 oz can of beans
