Hot Dog Buns

HOTDOG BUNS

– INGREDIENTS

• 4 & 1/2 All purpose flour (535g) add 1-2 tbsp , if too stocky .

• 2 tablespoons sugar 30g

• 1/2 tsp salt

• Instant yeast 1 tbsp

• 1 cup warm water

• ½ cup warm milk

• 1 large egg

• 3 tbsp butter (42g)

Note: Recipe can be used for burger buns as well.

Instrucciones

Roll up as for baguettes. Prove on baking tray so that they join up in oven.

160C for 25 mins.
