The Best Tri Tip Marinade Recipe

Ingredientes

1/3 cup avocado oil

1/3 cup liquid aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce*)

¼ cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

3 cloves garlic

2 tsp worcestershire sauce (optional)

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)

2 Tbsp dijon mustard

1 Tbsp sriracha (optional)

Instrucciones

Add all of the ingredients for the trip tip marinade to a small blender or food processor. I use my Magic Bullet and a NutriBullet works great as well.

Blend the marinade ingredients until they are completely combined and a thick creamy marinade results.

Transfer the tri tip and the marinade to a large zip lock bag or an airtight container. Seal bag (or container) and move the contents around until the meat is covered with marinade. Marinate tri tip for at least 15 minutes, ideally several hours and up to 24 hours.

Prepare your tri tip using your preferred cooking method (grilling, roasting, smoking, etc.) I have included three different directions for preparing tri tip in the post above so that you can choose your favorite cooking method.
