Cookie Sheet Cake*

Ingredientes

2 cups sifted flour

Dash salt - cups sugar

1 cup butter

4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

1 cup water (or coke)

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 eggs slightly beaten

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

ICING

1/2 cup butter

4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

1/3 cup milk

1 cup nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pound powdered sugar

OR

Miniature marshmallow

Chocolate

Instrucciones

Sift flour, salt and sugar in a bowl; set aside

In saucepan, mix butter, cocoa and water

Bring to a boil and pour over flour mixture; mix well

Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla; mix well (Batter will be thin)

Pour into greased cookie sheet (15x18)

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

For icing, bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil

Add sugar and mix well

Add nuts and vanilla
