Crispy Chickpea and Roasted Harissa Cauliflower Tahini Salad

- 1 large cauliflower 
- 1 tin of chickpeas 
- 1 tsp paprika 
- 2 tsp zaatar 
- harissa paste (enough to coat cauliflower) 
- olive oil 
- salt 
- pepper 
- 5 garlic cloves 
Tahini dressing:
- 1tbsp tahini 
- 2tbsp yogurt or crème fraiche 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 
- 1 tbsp honey 
- 1 tsp zaatar 
- salt 
- pepper 
Instrucciones
- Roast washed, dried chickpea with olive oil, tsp paprika, 2 tsp zaatar at 200c for 20 mins 
- Roast cauliflower with harrisa paste, tsp paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper, 5 Smashed garkic cloves at 200c for 15 mins 
- Dressing is tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp yog/creme fraiche, tbsp lemon, tsbp honey, tsp zaatar salt and pepper
