Ingredientes

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, well drained

1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup green grapes, halved

1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

1/2 cup chopped pecans or macadamia nuts (optional)

Maraschino cherries, for topping

How to make it:

Instrucciones

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This gives the Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad that light, bakery-style texture.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and airy.

Fold in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries, grapes, shredded coconut, and nuts if using.

Spoon into a serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.

Just before serving, garnish with maraschino cherries and a sprinkle of extra coconut.

Serve this Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad cold for the best creamy, refreshing bite perfect for parties, holidays, or sunny afternoons.
