Lamb Shank Soup (with pressure cooker)

2 lamb shanks
3 onions
6 medium carrots
3 celery sticks
2 ½ cups of brown rice
6 ½ tbsp chicken stock
5 courgettes
3 bay leaves
1 ½ Parsnip
Instrucciones
Grate carrots, parsnip, courgettes, and slice celery and chop onions
Boil 1 litre of water and add dry chicken stock, pour over vegetables and then add 2 bay leaves, and tied herbs
Brown lamb shank and add to pressure cooker
Top up the pot with enough boiled water to just under maximum
Close the lid and bring to pressure (red button pops).
Cook for 75 minutes
