Peanut Crunch Cake

Ingredientes

1 box white (vanilla) cake mix

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup water

3 eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2-3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips divided

1/2-3/4 cup peanut butter chips divided

1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Instrucciones

Beat cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar on low speed

Once crumbly, set aside 1/2 cup

Add water, eggs, and oil

Blend then beat on high for 2 minutes

Stir in 1/4 cup each chips

Pour into 9x13 pan

Combine peanuts, reserved crumbs, and remaining chips

Sprinkle over batter

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
