High Protein Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredientes

1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries, mashed (plus more for topping)

1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy free yogurt)

1/2 cup milk (use coconut or almond milk for dairy free)

4 tbsp honey (add more if you like it sweeter)

1/4 cup chia seeds

Instrucciones

Mash the raspberries in a bowl until mostly smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and chia seeds. Stir until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick and pudding-like. Stir before serving and top with extra raspberries 💗
