Easy Oatmeal Cups

Ingredientes

2 ripe bananas

125 g Erdnussbutter (ca. ½ Tasse)

625 ml Milch deiner Wahl (ca. 2 ½ Tassen)

150 g Ahornsirup (ca. ½ Tasse / ca. 125 ml)

480 g bis 540 g glutenfreie Haferflocken (6 Ta

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings:

Strawberries, sliced banana, chocolate chips, and jam.

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 350F

In a bowl, mash the bananas

Add in the other ingredients and stir together well.

You want to use a spoon or spatula, not a hand mixer.

This makes 24 cups.

Spray 2 12 cup muffin tins with nonstick spray

Add about 3 spoonfuls of the oatmeal mix to each cup

You want them to be about 3/4 full

Then add toppings!

Bake for 25-28 minutes, let cool for 10, remove and enjoy!

I always freeze half of the batch. I put them in a freezer bag and toss them in for up to 3 months. To thaw, I put it in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes!
