Carrot Wraps

3 large carrots
2 eggs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Instrucciones
In a medium sized bowl, grate your carrots.
Squeeze the shredded carrots to get the excess juice out.
Add your eggs, mozzarella cheese, and seasonings and mix until it’s well combined.
Divide it into 4 parts and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten it into the shape of a circle.
Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
