Pizza Base Dough

500g plain flour
20g salt
10g dried yeast
350ml water
2tbsp olive oil
Instrucciones
Mix dried ingredients in a large bowl
Add wet ingredients and mix with a butter knife to incorporate
Knead for 7 to 10 minutes
Set aside covered to rise (if there’s time)
Tear off a fist sized piece or dough, put on a lightly floured clean surface to stretch/roll out to desired size
Bake loaded pizza at 220 degrees approximate fo 15 to 20 minutes
Notas
the flour can also be Wholemeal flour, just makes a different texture base
