Rainmaker

Ingredientes

One of my favorite Daiquiri variation by Alec Bales, using lemon instead of lime, pineapple and Bénédictine, with a salty finish. Delicious!

1 ½ (45ml) White rum

3/4oz (22.5ml) Lemon juice

1/2oz (15ml) Pineapple syrup

1/4oz (7.5ml) Bénédictine

Pinch of lime salt

Instrucciones

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with lime salt
