My family gobbled this up and I almost didn’t even get to try it! You NEED to make this as a quick and easy side dish for dinner tonight. It will wow everyone!

Recipe (eyeballed)

Frozen broccoli

Avocado oil

Italian breadcrumbs

Parmesan

Salt, pepper

Garlic powder

Instrucciones

Spray a baking dish with avocado oil or olive oil, or drizzle oil into the dish.

Put frozen broccoli in the dish, making sure to spread it all out and cover the bottom of the dish. I used two bags of frozen broccoli from Costco.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over the broccoli. Grate a lot of Parmesan cheese over the broccoli. I probably used about a cup.

Pour breadcrumbs over the broccoli. I used about a cup.

Finally, spray with avocado oil, wrap dish tightly in foil, and bake it 375° for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 25 or 30 minutes. I broiled the broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes at the end to finish it off. Enjoy!
