2 cups red lentils
1 Roma tomato, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
6 cups water
2 tsp salt (or to taste.)
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instrucciones
Cook veggies in oil until translucent
Stir in water, lentils, boil then simmer 20mins
Add spices, immersion blender, top with lime and cumin
For red lentils- Fry a chopped onion and stir in 1/2-1 can crushed tomatoes
